I am a registered, qualified counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association, and I bring a blend of professionalism, creativity, and a little bit of quirkiness into my work. I’m someone who loves art, animals (especially Highland cows and dogs), and the beautiful chaos of camping with my neuro‑spicy family. I’m also a mother and a wife, roles that deeply shape the compassion and understanding I bring to my practice.
In my counselling work, I take a trauma‑informed, developmental, attachment‑based, and relational approach. I integrate a range of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, and Gottman Method techniques. This allows me to offer a holistic, flexible, and neuro‑affirming experience for individuals, couples, families, and children.
I also provide parenting support sessions and welcome both plan‑managed and self‑managed NDIS participants. Alongside counselling, you’ll often find me facilitating workshops and programs, or passionately speaking about big emotions, co‑regulation, boundaries, and personal growth. My goal is always to help people feel understood, supported, and empowered — whether in the therapy room or the community.
